I have 98 F159 ext cab with it has 85k and I have owned it for 3 months now. When I turn it off, it makes noises. They come from the area in front of the glove box where (I believe) the heater core is located. It sounds like air bubbling up through the core. It is realy faint, but on a quiet day can be heard a little bit. Is this normal?

is it only when the ac is on? if so, its most likely nothing to worry about.

my truck does this, my minivan used to. It has something to do with the antifreeze. I guess it settles, or if air is in the system it all rises to the top when the engine stops and it stops flowing. Mechanic said its normal, but who knows.
