I was wondering if anybody charges people who want u to mow their grass regularly more than usual for the first cut if their lawn is not already edged, or really tall, etc.? Any feedback is appreciated

A high blade height helps considerably.

if its high, and needs an edge job, hell yeah! sometimes you might come across one that dont care about the edging, but if the grass is high, still a yes. what i like about a bad yard is the before and after. that is one way you pick up more customers from the neighbors looking at what you did to it. edging is important.
