I've just had approval on my first commercial contract. I sent in a quote August 18th. and received approval today. The management company has requested a FORMAL CONTRACT.
What do I submit as a formal contract?

Do a search for "contracts". You'll find what you need.

I just found some sample contracts within 2-3 minutes of searching.

Bryan, If your not really familiar with how to do a contract buy one of the program kits they may help you. But be careful if you dont know how to write a contract then maybe this is a job you want to pass on.

You can purchase a good contract right here on this site, you can make any changes you need. Also the letters he has for sale are a great buy I use them and have had great success.

A formal contract is Corp talk for "Show me the official document!" Email a word document with your schedule of visits, price, terms and billing requirments.

If you are drawing a blank I'll send you one of mine and you can go from there...no charge.
