Right now it has the bed on it but we will probably put that bed on the new truck or else we would be having another bed just like it built . If we have someone that wants the unit as a hole we will sell it that way.

Were those parts (injectors, glow plugs etc) replaced under warranty or did something catostrophic happen to the engine. Can't imagine with only 58k they would need to be replaced, heck thats hardly broken in.

Everything was under warranty except the fuel tank and pump. On the Fords with the 40 gallon tank that is behind the rear axle the tanks delaminate and parts of the liner are passed thru the fuel system to the injectors. Its becomming a common problem as more areas are blending bio fuels into thier tanks. The tanks on these trucks are only rated to a B-5 rating, in MD the stations dont have to even label thier pumps until it hits a 50 percent blend. Also common for these yr trucks are the oil pan blistering from rust, to replace the pan they have to pull the engine, which is about a 2k job. I have had other 7.3s that I have sold to friends that have well over 200k on them now. This truck just had the bad fuel tank issue. We are dropping back to 450 trucks to stay under the 26k combo. Gotta love our DOT laws.
