2005 Walker 36" MCGHS 18hp Kohler the mower has 1100hrs total but the motor was rebuilt (top and bottom end) 350hrs ago. It has a brand new O.E.M. carb, battery, and tires. I bought the mower last year with plans on starting a lawn service this year but things didn't work out as planned so now I have way too much mower for just my little yard. The machine was privately owned and has not been used commercially. The hydros and gearboxes have recent service and are in excellent condition. The only things wrong with the mower is two small tears in the seat, the full hopper buzzer is not working. Other than those very minor problems this mower is in excellent condition and with the 36" deck it fits through most gates easily and the 18hp Kohler has more than enough power for up to a 48" deck if you choose. I am asking $5500 neg. It is located in Amarillo, Tx. and is for local pick-up or I can deliver for $1.50 a mile. Call 806-477-8201 (or) 806-626-4642

I wish you had this for sale in March when I bought mine used for $7k, but in all fairness I got an '07 model with under 900 hours and a 20hp motor. So I don't think I came out too bad. :)

7k for a 2007, that seems to be just bout right especially with less than 1k on the hr meter and with the 20hp you should have no trouble even if you were to run the 48" deck as long as the turf aint too tall. Say, I just noticed where you are located. A-town aint too bad but there is quite a bit of competition in this game, and there are some shady underhanded individuals out there the will stoop pretty low to get a new account. Speakin of new accounts if you would like a new small residential my next door neighbor is lookin for some one new to take care of hers, including beds, sprinkler maint., weed spraying, etc. Her name is Ms. Demerson @ 2511 Thorne, thats on the north side just east of Mirror and North of 24th. She is single lady, very nice Christian lady. pays on time and is not very demanding. If you can get in good with her, her father owns numerous rental properties here in town, and I know he was lookin not to long ago, he may still be. Anyhow, if you can help me get rid of this mower I will make it worth it to ya! Oh yea, I have a brand new (less than 10hrs on it) KT27 Kawasaki gas string trimmer that I might get rid of, but its in the pawn shop right now and if it looks like I aint goin to be able to get it out before I loose it I'll let ya have it for what it cost just to get it out of pawn. I had rather some one get it that can use it than lettin the pawn shop have it.

I have a 2005 36" MCGHS 18hp that I have posted before, low hrs great machine but I must sell. Like I said I have been put on disability and it just aint cuttin it, I am at risk of loosing my home if I cant sell this mower. I was asking around 5000$ for it but no reasonable offer wont:confused: be refused. If anyone can help me sell it I will pay a finders fee for your assistance I am desperate, electricity is going to be turned off pretty soon and the mortgage is past due already, please help a fellow contractor that has fallen on some hard times. Im not asking for a hand out of any kind I just need to sell this mower and it should tide me over for a couple of months till I can get things straightened out. Thanks for any help and God Bless. If anyone could give me some ideas where to post it or how to go about selling it it would help alot.
