Have my years program almost finalized. Trying to keep it 5 steps to keep pricing somewhat down. Dry dimension w/fert, liquid 3-way w/granular fert app, granualr merit w/fert, liquid 3-way w/granular fert app, and a late granular fert. My average yard is 7-10 thousand square foot. My price for the program will be just above $200. Any thoughts or suggestions. Location is Northen Ohio

I want to thank everyone for their replies to my various threads. It helps to have people with more expertise give their thoughts. Changind fields from golf course to lawn care is a little tough but I must say I enjoy lawns much more. thanx again

Seems a bit low to me, especially with grub control included. My minimum is $45/app for 5-step like yours, with NO grub control.

Grub/ Fert app should be somewhere around 2-3 x regular app price. Also like the previous post said, Have a minimum app price around $40- $45, then so much for each additional 1000 sq. ft. after that.

Hi wiseguyslawns -- sounds like a fine program to me. Our full program is also five app's. But our grub prevent app is an optional 6th. Also, our 4th app (early fall) is a liquid weed & feed.

Price depends on difficulty factor, time, and material, so I trust you know what you're doing. Also, have you considered offering fall aeration? Bottom line is profit, and I hope 2008 will be a good year for you. Regards, American.

program is very simular to ours. we do double bill on the fert/merit application (one bill for fert and another for merit so the program you show would equal 6 applications for us)
$200 for a 7k sf lawn seems a bit low. In our market we would be charging around $350 for your program on a 7000sf lawn
