Ok so I am in the market for a new or used zero turn, I have been looking at the bobcat predator pro that just came in on a trade. The machine has 540 hours on the clock, comes with three bushel bagging system, overall machine looks pretty good, its a 2011 bough new last may by another local company looking to switch from hustler to bobcat, he didn't like it so traded it back in. Now the dealer is firm at 9K for this machine. Am I being taken for a ride or what. I just started looking so im not familiar with the pricing on these units. Also the mechanic at the dealer said its got brand new hydraulic system, new wheel motor and two new pumps, apparently the owner never did the service on the hydraulics so they took a dump. What do you guys think, where should the price be for a machine of this sort. Any help would be great.

If he didn't service the hydros do you think he serviced the motor? If it were me I'd keep looking, 9k is alot for that machine with over 500 hrs on it already and that many problems that are apparently fixed.

Dont care if they were not serviced they shouldnt have went out yet. And 9000 is to high for something that just doesnt sound right. Keep looking.

I do like the predators, what would be a decent price for a 61 with the 37 hp and bagging system

Hey, i would be closer to $7000 on that mower. My dealer here has a brand new 37hp 61" he ordered for a guy then got stuck with, i know he would take $10000 for it and its brand new....

Yes, thats a perfect price. That is very excessive repairs, i have guys that dont ever service hydros and dont have issues

With 540 there is no service required by manufacture. 1st hydro change is at 1000 or season. Ask why it needed a new $2000 hydro system. It's deft not lack of maintenace. In my neck of the woods, they r selling for 10500 out the door. In 2months it will be 9300 out the door. Way too much. I would only pay apprx6500 to 7000

I'm looking in a Predator Pro manual and it says to change hydraulic oil w/filter in the first 5 hours and then every 500 thereafter.
