Its about a year old and has a 3 in long crack on the deck. Any ideas on repairs or should I contact exmark? I bought it used and it might have been there when I bought it and spread.

    Thanks for any ideas.

To stop it, take a drill and drill a 1/8" to 3/16" inch hole at the end of each crack. This will prevent it from getting any bigger for now. Since its a cast aluminum deck, its got a 50% chance of being able to be welded. Find someone in your area that welds aluminum and find the oldest guy in the shop to do to. Welding cast aluminum is a ***** and not a lot of people can weld it.
