Ordered a few cases of PGPs yesterday and told them I wanted the blue nozzles so I could give them a try.

Was told they are an add on and sell for .25 apiece. JEEZ. I ordered 12 of them so will see how they work.

All vendors doing this or am I being really as stung as I feel.

Now, I have'nt been around here that long, but I've NEVER heard such a long
thread about nozzles!:dizzy: You give me crap about tinnitus, what's the deal
about the blues??? Red, grey..low angle, high angle..aaaaagh! I had Hank's guy install a 5500 (or was it a 5000?) what's the difference with those heads?,
he installed a nozzle that should have chucked 38', installed the low-angle
'cause of rookie status & the nozzle went 30' if that! :hammerhead:

I'm thinking Hunter needs to redesign their nozzle tree. I went in JDL today and bought 2 cases of PGPs and asked for for some low angle nozzles. They wanted to charge me for the nozzles ;) I said "here,I'll trade you some reds for some greys" The manager, whom I've dealt with for years, gave me a bag of them.

I think they could do away with some of the larger nozzles and include the more commonly used sizes of the low angles. If I need high gpm heads I always go with I-20s or I-40s.
