This is on a 2004 eXmark 60" Lazer. Mower will idle all day but as soon as you start driving no more than 10 min later it stalls out or will just sputter and barely run.

Fuel filters are new, air filter is new and so is the fuel pump. All the wires are good no cuts or shorts.

I think it might be the oil pressure sensor went bad but i'm not sure.

Can you ohm out the sensor while cool, then after it's stalled out?
Maybe the hot oil is causing the sensor to open?

    Just a thought.

I've had three EFI units come in with baffles busted loose inside the mufflers, This can restrict exhaust flow and make the 02 sensor go crazy.

Do you have any blink codes stored in the ECU ?

the light's busted for the codes. It did seem like it was running very hot to me. The dealer wants a stupid price to look it over and they just did a $500 tune up to it and now its doing this. The mower's my friends so I'm not sure what the dealer did exactly.

Your friend needs to take it back and have THEM fix it for that kind of money spent.....
