Pics of the irrigation controller. Likely will all be replaced. Also 2nd pic is of the "front yard" to the house.

Maybe you can give that controller to the Smithsonian,

Again you did this well. Get the clean up and get the first run to find out the time needed to do the job. Congrats.

Thanks guy. Trust me the past two weeks has been filled with lots of hard work along with much stress but we got it done by the deadline and the client was very pleased. I now know it would take about 12 hours with a 60" mower. Tryin to come up with a 6 month and 12 month contract but not sure what to charge. That 12 hours doesn't include trimming or blowing so that is additional hours.

12 hours based on long grass and double cutting right?
    You have to include trimming.

    What is the frequency.

I would stay on 12 months for sure and if they want a 6 month plan then make it much less attractive without killing your bid. If they do not want a 6 month plan do not offer it.

I will go cheaper on a 12 month plan than a 9 month plan and never offered a shorter plan.

Before I get blasted on going cheaper the reason is overhead recovery.

Nope no double cutting. I was overlapping maybe about 10" but that's about it. Only reason for that is I wasn't use than extra foot hanging out the side. Haha. I'm thinking around 16-18 hours Witt everything.

Then you need a real good whip man that can try and keep up with the field mowing. Your ratio's are off because you have so much mowing. Might need to swap around noon

When you say swap around noon you mean from mowing to trimming?

I gotcha. I was estimating if I were to do the whole job myself. I highly doubt I would but I'd swap out. I know it's rough to weed eat all day long. I've done it many times
