I am bidding on a 28 unit condomiuim 155,520 sq ft property in Jersey. This is my first time with something this big. I have to mow, trim, blow off sidewalks among other things. Wondering what you all would estimate something like this? Rough estimate want to see were I'm at with what I got so far. thanks

No clue with the info given. Most HOA's want a all inclusive package. Fert, weed control, hedges, tree fert, sprinkler start up/blow out/adjustments, plowing, edging, trim, blow, and mow. They also want it in a monthly payment year round so it's the same price each month.

The among other things in your post can drastically change a the price.

You need to first post your balance sheet, profit and loss statement.
A copy of last years tax return would help.

    Then we can get started

Is that 28 bldg's, or one bldg with 28 units? If 28 bldg's, break them down by bldg (doing one thoroughly), then parse them out one at a time. In short, break the bigger work down into managable pieces, that you are familiar working on/bidding.

    Does that help?
