2nd estimate- I "high-balled" today

    It was a $35 lawn, but she only wants bi-monthly mow service, so I said $55/visit. Here's me keeping my fingers crossed, lol :rolleyes:

    Wouldn't that be nice if everyone would raise there prices!!!

    Should of said 30 a week,telling her for extra 10 bucks a month it would be cut every week instead.

    Well I got the job. I actually wish I could just fill a monthly schedule with this type of client. Bi-weekly schedule, more often if necessary, (additional visits are billable), and it's less than an hour till gates up for mow, trim, blow... I'll probably throw in a little edging & puning once in a while.

    $55/visit, +/-10k sq. ft.

    Did I do ok? It's a little far, but I would love to build clientele in this neighborhood ($$). Probably cost me $10 in gas round trip, so I'd better get some more soon, right? :)

    If nothing else, it looks like this noob is gonna get his hands dirty :usflag:
