3 Point Silt Fence plow/installer?

    Just out of curiosity, what does silt fence installation go for?

    I think around $2- 3.00 a foot is the average cost to have it installed here.

    with the metal t posts, wire and fence. I think if you put a post every 6' you don't have to do the wire.

    We get $3-$6/lf here. The variables are if it's prevailing rate work, wire backed and I you have to remove it.

    When it was booming here guys where doing type s for a buck a foot and wire back for a little over 2 bucks a foot.

    May get a chance to try out a few different ways to install fencing. We are submitting a proposal to do the vegetation removal and silt fence install on a spillway road maintenance project. Looking at approx 8 miles of silt fence. Also to do the hydroseeding and straw blowing after road repairs are complete.

    Pricing for a large builder up here is only paying $1.05 per LF for installation with wood stakes and standard silt fence. Larger company installing as well.
