    Here's the job:
3200 square feet of dandelions and other various crap sprayed with roundup, removed, the area prepped, and new sod laid. Half is in the backyard with 48" gated access and half is in the front.

    What do you charge?

There were three bids, I'll tell you what they were after I hear some prices.

1.50 sq ft $4800.00. If we use a sod cutter to remove old turf
1.25 sq ft $4000.00 if we kill it and till it, then lay the sod(much quicker)

I'd do the whole job + taking out the old sod and disposing it for around 3800-4000

My price was just around 4000, and two others were just above 2k :(

If i had submitted it in the 27-2800 range they would have signed, but since it was so much more, ended up going with them
