It should pull you no problem.

It will probably pull you, but that will consume alot of the HP. If it's only a 36", I'd probably walk.

I have an eXmark 48" metro with a 15hp kaw fitted with junglewheels and I weigh 250+. Mine pulls me anywhere I need to go, even up fairly steep slopes. The only time it gets a little hairy is going downhill on a steep grade. I have a band-type brake system and it can be a handful if I don't stand off.

I just sold a scag 36 hydro with a 14 hp kawasaki. I had the scag zero turn sulky on it and never had a pulling problem in the 15 years. I even use to hook up my car trailer and pull it from the side of yard to the road many times.
