looking for opinions on the best cut from a 36" walk behind... this will be used on 90% bermuda here in okla... my main dealer has scag, toro & hustler... but i have close access to just about every make out there... i would love to have a stand on, but really dont know if i want to stretch my budget (unless i can be convinced otherwise)...

Is this well cared for Bermuda or neglected Bermuda?

most of the sites are well cared for... only a few are rough... a majority of properties are flat/level, and only a few with slopes. i really like the scag vride, but just can't convince myself to drop the $ yet...

Are the majority of your properties Bermuda?

Common Bermuda strains can be cut at 2-2.5 with rotary mowers. Any 36" wb will work. Gator blades are a must as well as a "real" mulch kit. You don't want to discharge unless you like chasing Bermuda out of the beds. I have a wright stander and an encore wb, both do fine. Productivity will be higher with the wright and you should be able to find a good used. They are real workhorses.
