Hey guys I am looking at a job right now which I have to install 100' of 4' HDPE pipe. I have put up to 12" hdpe pipe together but never 4'. I was wondering if anyone knew much about this big stuff? Or where I could get a hold of someone who could fuse it for me, or if I would be better to rent my own and do it myself. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks Derek

Check with your pipe supplier, they may be able to tell you where you can get a fusing machine and possibly show you how to do it. A few guys on one of our pipe crews went to a half day training gig to learn how to fuse 6" HDPE together, they told me it's not too difficult once you are shown how to do it.

My experience is like yours, with 12". We had a bursting project that we used it on...
