someone told me that a 48'' WB will fit into a ford ranger if you put it in backwards.
I am looking to purchase a WB but my trailer isnt registered yet is there any way i can get a 48'' WB in the Ranger just for the ride home?

measure in between the wheel wells in the bed of the truck and measure your mower deck...will not fit.

It will fit in backwards, you may need to leave the tailgate down and strap it down good.

Well the deck wouldnt, but if it went in backwards wouldnt it fit in enough to keep the tailgate lowered and strap it in?

a whole 15.00 to register the trailer, is allot better than a bad accident loading in the truck .

Sound like a good way to get hurt loading-very dangerous

Yeah. When I bought my Toro 36, I picked it up with my full sized truck and it was so scary going up the ramp, in fact three of us had to muscle it up the ramp and over the hump, that I went out and bought a trailer that same day. Those things are HEAVY.
