the lowest I have for the month is $92.

People feel that mowing their lawn doesn't cost money and isn't really a "needful" service

Tell him to let his camel eat the grass that way he can save the money.

The guy is playing you. Nobody in their right mind will mow a 3/4 acre lawn for $12 per week. He has to know that. If he trully thinks that the quote is for one month...run as fast as you can from the account.

i have 9 houses lined up, at 10 dollars a cut a piece. small little pieces. from getting out of the truck to getting back in is about 10 - 15 minutes. $90 gross for about 10 minutes work....... no driving time, there right in my neighborhood.

what the so called average...... $60 an hour? going by a ratio, I'd be at about $540 an hour gross...... i love my small houses. no time for them to come out and BS!

Those are some really small lawns to only take 15 min for 9
Small front lawn for me is 1000 sqft and probally takes 8-10 minutes for mow edge and blow just for one.
One really good peice of advice a local gardener gave me was,

It doesnt matter how long the job takes you, Its what is the job worth?
