Found this unit listed (details) below
I find this model (discontinued) and @ $3,500 mower NEW anywhere I look.
2010 current model 30698 from what I can see. Maybe bought in May but as a new
    discontinued model.
Where is there any 48" fixed deck WB on earth listed @ $7,300

Paid $7,300 out of the box in May... Family issues forcing me to sell. Only 4K!!!

Less than 40 hours on this beauty... speaks for itself!

Model #30688 Pistol grip, gear drive, fixed deck- TURBO FORCE

Absolutely the best in the business...hate selling but must go.

Firm on the price as I cant take more of a hit. Thanks for all serious inquiries/ONLY! 2 year warranty with purchase transfers

Nobody knows anything on this model or purchased one in past year ?
Trying to figure out if it's a deal or not.

Gear drive no less. He's full of doo-doo on that $7300 price. That's their cheapest version of walk behind. A floating hydro doesn't cost that much. I just got a price on a new 48 inch Turf Tracer (hydro, floating deck) of $5495 from a local dealer. I'm currently considering a new 48 inch Hustler Trimstar (floating hydro) for under 5 grand.

Stay clear the seller full of BS.

That's all I come up with on any search I do as what is reflected in your link.

Guy wants 4g for a $3,500 mower that he paid 7g for ?
    Better have (2) of them

I thought it had to be rip off, or hot.
It's in the Mpls craigslist and from a local LCO so I'm not sure
    who he thinks he's fooling.
For $7,300 I'd better be "sitting" on something pretty nice and bigger then a 48" fixed.
