    Some good ol' Baby back Ribs, Burgers,Corn on the cob, brats! Then the Mrs. is makin' macaroni salad,baked beans, rolls....

    Who's comin for dinner?!?!? lol

    BBQ/party at my place. Not sure what I'm cooking though. Probably traditional burgers and dogs for some folks, but also some good brats, maybe some ribs and/or steaks, grilled corn on the cob, probably grill up some peppers and onions, make some fresh guacamole, and cut up some sweet cantaloupe. I think the GF is going to make some homemade baked beans (if we get them soaking tonight).

    Oh and beer too. :clapping:

    its my 18th birthday that day, so everyone on lawnsite and plowsite, is bringing me about $10 so ill end up with about $600,000. and then i can buy a new trailer!

    Well yeah.... but I'm just a yay-hoo from southern california so I don't know squat about BBQ.... maybe in my next life I'll live in Texas :)

    Thanks for the post Fimco.
    I would adjust the recipe a bit by adding japalino juice instead of the slalsa during the cooking process.
    But this is something I would try as we love the south west flavor at my house.
