    Hanging out with the family. Someone else is cooking, I'm just going to chill.

    You got me thinking Fimco, I may do a brisket too...that or a couple Boston Butts...indirect low on my Weber Genesis makes some great BBQ...I don't mind using my smoker, but its a PITA to clean and it takes forever. Be sure to post pictures of the finished product and have a happy and safe 4th!

    My last brisket took 13 hours on my Weber...it was melt in your mouth! Low and slow for my briskets!
