Just curious what others would price for this...

Its pretty much an open lot in which the house was torn down a while back and they are trying to sell it. The grass is about 2 feet or so tall-some areas its not so dense and others its pretty thick. Would definitely be better with a tractor mower. I know its hard without seeing it, but any rough ideas? I already presented the price but just curious what others would think. Also, after its mowed, a separate price for cleaning it all up and discarding. My guess as far as debris to remove would be about 40-50 yards.

1 trillion dollars.... Nah seriously though just figure what your time will be and multiply by your rate. Include materials, gas, and whatever and add ten percent to your supplies cost.
