    Ok Dilemma!!!!!

My wife and i talked about moving to south Florida. I sent 1,000 emails to commercial Properties in that area. I have the chance to bid six Shopping centers. Relatively small.

Was surprised by the response. So i emailed 130 commercial properties.

    Bidding 7-Building Office Complex
Shopping Center Anchored by Wal-Mart (Just get RFP)
    1-Commercial night club
    3- Vacant Commercial properties.

    What should i do??????

What reason did you e-mail them for. Was it to feel the market in that local? If its better than you thought, Hit the road Jack
