    Front pivot (deck follows height of front wheels)
    Pivot arms, left and right side of deck(instead of chains)

    Suspension seat, adjustable
    Individual hydraulic pump cooling fans
    Biggest discharge chute on any deck (zero clumps wet/dry)
    27hp Kohler engine
    2 Fuel tanks
    Around 300 hours gently used 2 seasons (all residential)
    One owner, used by 2 people(myself and my wife)
    Maintained by dealer, Oviedo Mower
    Very fast blade tip speed allows clean cut
    Very fast forward speed (around 13 miles per hour)
