What kind of terrain is it? Flat, hilly, pot holed? How often does it need to be cut? What's the going rate for similar jobs in your area?

I have a residential that I just bid which is 89000 sq ft. A lot of beds and a lot of trees. I figured $115 per cut. I do levlized monthly billing, so I accounted for some leaves during the winter in my monthly price. We have only mowed once, & it was a cleanup because it had not been done in 3 months. I'll see how accurate my price was in the months to come. Scott

Pretty close to what I would do it for....as long as I could get it done within 1.5 hours

All you should need to know is how long it should take you. If it should take you 1.5 hours then charge for 1.5 hours of what you earn.
