I am going to purchas my new trailer this week. I will be hauling a 60" Z and 48" WB and a push mower. All Trimmers and tools will be mounted on the walls. I measured front to back the Z and the walkbehind is about 14 feet in length. If I turn the WB side ways I can probably get away buying a 14ft trailer is this true ? A 16ft is only $200 more thats not the problem really. I do alot of residential cutting so is a 16ft enclosed trailer going to be hard to use. What size of enclosed trailers are you using with what size equipment in them ? I'm using a 12ft open now .

    Thanks to all !

Get the 16', it will give you room to expand and the extra 2 feet will always come in handy with an enclosed trailer.

Go bigger, I went from 12ft to 16ft becasue it got too small very quick and now I wish I would have got the 20ft. 14ft and 16ft are going to feel the same towing, but sometimes those 2ft are priceless when you have to take something extra with you.
