My dealer quoted me $8600 for Hustler Super Z 27 Kohler good deal or not?
I can't really tell you if it's a good deal or not, because we are in two different markets. But I can give you this. I was quoted 8700 for 60" Super Z with a 28 efi within the past two weeks. I paid 7800 (with a Qwikchute included) for my 60/27 Super Z in August 2003.
that sounds close to me. I bought a Super Z like u described in Aug '05 For about 8300. Does that have XR-7 or old deck?
I just bought a demo with 50 hours on it for 6900 including tax. The mower is a 27 horse 60 inch super z(2005) model. The mower is practically brand new. I love it and I feel like I got an awesome deal.
I think it all depends on the dealer and how much they purchase. My local hustler dealer gave me a price of 7999 on last years model 60" 28efi engine, 8500 for this years 60" 28efi. Now then last year when they weren't so pro-hustler, their prices were extremely high, almost msrp on all the units.
What considerations did you guys use when opting for the Super Z over the Z?? Was it speed or power or something else?
For me, ground speed and the coolers (I dont think the regular z has all the coolers does it?).
I like the speed and the suspension seat.
Timmac.......you are not too far from me...what Hustler dealer do you work with?
I got a quote for $8,199 and $8,400 today.
