I was contemplating, selling one of my plow trucks-- 92Gmc 1 ton pu. Auto, v8, western cable plow (decent) lots of updates- only thing starting to go may be the trans??? not bad but would be next replacement.
I put a sign on just for the hell of it and got a call , this guy wants to offer me 5300.00 I had it up for $6500.00 .. Blue book was 5300.00
Was gonna buy a new 2500 in fall and have for my personal and second plow truck --- Now i am not sure if i even want to sell it??? if i do , one of my guys will have to drive the newer one during plow season( just afraid they will beat it up) especially since it will be new and my personal ride also.
Should i keep the 3500 and let my guy plow with it... and still buy a new one (plow ready) and have as a backup?? This way my newer truck will not get totally beat up. OR just sell the 3500 and get out of it while i can..? Its paid for and i am not really hurting for cash. What to do??? always confused

    Thnaks
