Ok, guys i need some help.

    I'm looking into a 93 F350 P/U with a 460 and the motor is junk. I have a 351W that I want to swap. Does the 460 tranny bolt up to a 351?

Any info would help a ton guys.

I dont think it will. As I recall, the big block 460 or tranny from one will bolt up to a 400 or a 351M, since they too are big blocks. I think 351W and 302 will bolt up.

It is easier to drop a rebuilt 460 in and your ready to go again.

The tranny you probably have is an E40D. The bellhousing bolt pattern for the 460 is different than the windsor motor family. Both the motors in that model year could have an E40d but the transmission cases are different sizes and it is not worth trying to adapt to it. I have a low mileage 460 for sale (under 80k miles) out of an E-350, Give me a call if your interested (513)602-2456. I also have a low mileage C-6 as well. I can ship anywhere in the continental US ( U pay shipping).
