Hello I have a JD 130 with a 9 hp Kawi engine. I had a no spark condition and replaced the coil. We got her running and put her away. We only use it for leaf pickup. Well since then it has sheared two keys on the crankshaft. I am wondering what we are doing wrong. There is nothing binding--The last key was straight from the dealer. The only thing I can think of is that the flywheel was not properly torqued down. I don't know if I am barking up the wrong tree with this one. It takes a couple of days to get a new one. Does anyone know the proper spec. I do have a metric torque wrench. Any other ideas on what could possibly be happening?:dizzy:

Post the model and spec. #'s off the engine and I'll see what I can come up with.
