In the state of Wa. we come across alot of mole's. I was told that I had to get a professional to get rid of these d#mn things and it was illegal to take care of this problem myself on comm. properties. If you have had problems w/moles, what are some effective ways of killng these things. And is illegal in your area to get rid of them?

I have a client who swears by a mixture of one to four mixture of castor oil to water. He puts it in a hose end sprayer and goes to town. I have never used the mix but he doesn't like a lot of chemicals around his garden so he uses this. It seems to work pretty well: no moles but you have to re-apply after about a week or a rainfall.
