    :cry: client had a hill cut out of his yard and had sod layed down when i came back for the monthly cut. i told her i would return in a week, would the sod be ready to cut or should i lay off of it :realmad: :cool: :cool2:

    One week probably wont be enough time for the sod to properly take hold. Try pulling on the sod, if you can lift corners, its not ready to go yet. If you mow to soon your mower will pick up the loose corners make a mess out of it.

    we generally don't cut any sod installed till around 3-4 weeks after instalation. The sod is cut really short when harvested so it takes that long to root and grow to cutting height.

    twice a month,this perticular time was the second cutof the month but i told him i would return next week,it lokks like ill have to wait two more>
