So I was asking 7500 for a small business and a guy siad that He would give me 8000 if I would take 5000 and payments of 750 a month(4 months and a final payment). What do I need to have drawn up (contract of some sort) noterized and what not? I do not want to pay a lawyer for all of this b/c it is small and will eat up about a 1000. Just need some advice soon b/c this is all taking place this week. He is getting everything (equipt., website, cust.)

    Thanks for the help

    O Yeah

I still have people calling and emailing. Do I go with the first one to the asking price or stick with the one who the deal is kinda made with???

I would go with whoever paid the most cash up front. I would try not to finance anything for a buyer. If he defaults on the payments you could have a lot of trouble collecting even with a contract.
