Any Licensed Operators have the Accredited IPM status?

IPM Accreditation Program (IPMAP) recognizes companies, park systems, golf clubs and their superintendents, and other interested institutions who demonstrate their knowledge of and commitment to the principles of IPM through a process of certification, audit, and professional development.
This program has been developed by the IPM-PHC Council of Ontario. The Council consists of industry associations, and community environmental groups committed to having integrated pest management (IPM) as the new standard in turf and landscape care.

Is this a cash grab? $435 annually plus $200 to write the exam plus 8 credits a year or $200 yearly re-write. Or is this the only solution to keeping herbicide/pesticide apps from being banned?

    Heres a link.
