I have just re-sewn my yard and 2 of my oak trees are dropping like crazy! It is especially bad along the edge of the driveway where they roll off to the edge. It is just too many to pick up. Is there something that can be put on the ground where they are falling to help them rot, heavey lime or something else, and counter all the acid? What should I do? Thanks!

Just leave them drop until your grass gets established and them blow them out onto the drive and shovel them up with big aluminum scoup. It happens to us right after we plant winter rye in Texas.
