Adding Anti-scalp Wheels

    Actually I think cutting height is off and probably pitch also. I have had mowers that size scalp more than they should be. I checked those things, found out was cutting 1/2" shorter than setting and wasn't pitched enough. Fixed it and it was way better. I am no expert but cutting at 3"+ you shouldn't be scalping unless you are just mowing really really uneven stuff.

    I would check those things before going to trouble of putting on scalp wheels.

    A fixed deck WB, is my guess. Toro and eXmark (Metro and Viking) have something like that on their machines.
