Right now I have a good amount of customers, fertilizer is enough to keep me busy and collect a great salery. But I'm spread out in 19 differnt towns/cities. I want to spend this spring condensing this down to the wealthier cities and towns. I'm doing a 10,000 post card mailing in the beginning of march for my fert service, then another 10 cards to the same houses about 3 weeks later. Come 1st week of may I'm doing a 20,000 post card mailing mainly for Irrigation turn ons but also advertising for Installs, lighting and fert services aswell. A big part of my add budget is custom brochures, better than anything I have ever seen from a small company. Doing a general brochure for the company with a brief description for of my different services. Then smaller post cards for each specialty service such as Aeration, Insect controls, Crub Control stuff like that to leave for up-sells. I'm planning to attend some manufacturer training for lighting as I spent this winter researching and plan to start offering come next winter, so I'm keeping a good budget aside for marketting of that. I figured this was extra money I didn't expect, I'm keeping a good amount a side but also feel this is the best investment I can make in the comoany right now. Also keeping a good amount aside so that I don't have to put anything on c.cards this spring

I'm not sure what my return rate will be. I'm figuring my spring campaign will hit 10,000 homeowners 2x each. Theres are luxery homes, most already receiving a service from a competitor. They say 3% return or so, but I'm figuring if only 3% call for an estimate that is 300 new contacts, If I close 20% (my closure rate is higher thou) that is 60 new fert accounts, I'm execting Higher thou. My main goal Is to get the irrigation name out there, right now between all my contractors I have committments for 22 systems. These are mostly in the 6-9 zone range a few that are more. Luckily my partime guy from this year is all set to get his liceanse before the sppring and is trained up to help with the fert and is a good set of hands on an install
