Adding Top Soil

    why don't you just rent a tiller attachment for your bobcat and till in 2-3 inches of good soil ammendment (forgot, OIL) but the oil can't be all over?

    well, would you only have a couple years of good soil under the lawn before ripping it out to do it again?

    I think the whole driveway is gravel with oil to hold down the dust. Fairly common surfacing technique

    i recommend u find a dump truck to haul the stuff of because the dumpster will be outrages but i would say 3500 would be fair for the looks of that stuff

    Have you read the thread and seen what needs to be done there? I would say most guys would expect to put more than that 3,500 into the bank after paying for disposal, soil, equipment, and other overhead
