I spent a couple hours on the phone today calling apartments to find out when bids are accepted. Quite a few of them said to contact the property management company that owns the complex(or corporate office) and send them information to be added to the vendor list so I will be on file.
Do any of you have experience with this method? Im going to try it either way. Just curious if adding yourself to a vendor list like this has ever brought you business?

Do it every year. Most LCO have contracts signed for up to 3 years on these accounts. So, if you do get lucky enough, try to do the same. Keep trying. Sooner or later, one will fall thru. I'm finding out though, that these apartment bids are getting cheaper and cheaper. Goodluck!!!
