Additional revenus in a bad economy.

    One thing i have learned over the decades, is its easier to extract additional dollars from your existing clients than it is to attain new clients! As long as your additional services are of quality and performed in a pro manner you should be able to generate additional revenues. Several years ago i set a goal of selling $10,000.00 per season on core aeration. We achieved that goal and are now selling close to 11 K. My new goal is to greatly expand the revenues of non selective vegetation control (gly). It looks like we will close out the season with a little over $1000.00 in roundup apps, not a lot of money but up substantially from last season! The point here is to market to the clients you now have for as much annual revenue as possible. Watch your pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves!
