ps. cause it looks like i have 2 strings running at different measurements. (looks like i have 2 strings when i only have 1)

ya they are. But isn't there an apoxy that is strong enought tht i can use. It slips a litle causing the string to rotate at 2 different degrees. (looks like i have 1 string higher then the other.

If the eyelets are slipping then replace the head. I know it's cheaper to try to fix it but in this case you are asking for trouble by not replacing the head.

How much time and money are you out already and still do not have a working head??

I agree there is some other problem here.....is this a new head? If so better look at how you are winding the spool. I ran several stihl for many years and no problems with those eyelets needing to be glued?
