I just posted how I love my old 32" Toro Walk-Behind, but it is aggravating in one respect......I have a difficult time as do my workers, in maintaining the Brake tightness versus the speed of the walk-behind.....as they are adjusted on the same 2 arms.
Does anybody have any helpful hints w/this?
If you tighten the brake, the machine will slow and lose 1 speed or if you loosen the brake some like we have, you have to tie it down in the trailer to keep it from sliding.
I suppose you would have to own one of these to understand my predicament.....I'm just at a loss as to how to adjust it correctly?!?!?!?!?!?!?
    Any help would be appreciated......

I love my 32" Toro Proline, as well...however, what I expect is that your drivetrain belt is new. If this is the case, the belt will expand a few times before finally settling on it's size. I'm a big, heavy guy, and I have a two-wheeled sulky attached to the mower. Anyway, make sure that you re-tighten the belt pretty well.
