Don't wanna come off as rude because it is not meant to be at all, but I dont give out my pricing for work like this unfortunately, its the only way to keep work secure next thing you know someone is in for less and i'm out of work. But its all based on travel distance and whether or not we are digging a pad, filling pad with stone or concrete, digging utility trench etc.. But alot of these have been replacements of old generators so its more of a pick, drop, and go.

I have my class B so they could have hung me out pretty bad, but the trailer was a friends that I borrowed due to the volume of generators needed today and travel distance needed to get the most on that i could space wise. But for once the DOT officer was very nice and not rude like a good portion of them. He went through everything on it, every chain was done correctly every strap was tight all lights worked etc.. so it ended up being a decent day other than the 30 minutes on the side of the berlin turnpike.
He could have gotten me for not having my Class A but he didnt. I think he was shocked I actually had a medical card. Ended up picking his brain about some hauling questions I had and he was more than helpful.

Yea that's fine. I'm a few hours away and just because you can do it for (example) $1000 doesn't mean I can :usflag: . I was charging around 1500 but we were putting them on concrete. What sucked was that it took two days (one to pour and one to set ) I mixed them myself but I don't like jumping from job to job.

Ya we're alot lower than that but were doing around 6 a day, most don't require concrete 70% of them are just drop and go

Your market though may support that price, so thats awesome for you guys. Around here they would scoff at that unfortunately with the exception of down in deep fairfield county

Well that's probAbly why I don't do them any more haha. If I was doing 6 a day I could go lower but it was one here and there. Kills half a day and was a nightmare to schedule.

It's awesome having other businesses and industries funnel you work though. Keep it up
