As far as updates go currently working on selling the chipper to purchase a new plow truck to keep up with the new plow accounts we picked up this winter. Enrolled in the class for my pesticide supervisory license to expand into more application work for next season and putting money aside for a large eddm to bring in more clientele for apps and maintenance work. This season has been rough as far as employees go it's really just myself and one other worker on 90% of the job and went through 4 guys this season till I finally found one who wasn't an addict, showed up on time, new how to speak to customers and carried a professional image in which I strive for in the company.

How do you deal with the plowing while working FF shifts. If it snows during your shift is that when you would have an employee or family member handle things until you were done? I work the midnight shift and I have always wanted to plow but not being able to start till mid morning or so would be unacceptable to most and would leave commercial out of the question.

In progress of installing a 500 gallon propane tank in town today and tomorrow, passed local inspection rest of backfill of sand is scheduled for tommorow. The area above the tank is going to be mounded so disregard the height of the tank in the hole. Contacted ledge at 5' down needed 6' to make full burial so we will be making a landscaped mound over the tank. 50' of trench at 18" depth 30' of the trench had to be hand dug due to the sprinkler lines. My guy caught the line with the pick axe so were going to be replacing that section tommorow before the gas company comes out to run the line on wednesday.

And the last picture is the new loader, i think it will be great for snow what do you guys think?
