I have a enclosed trailer, i want to advertise on but my dad is saying that i cant because i am not a "real" biz. is it ok to advertise on the trailer? or do i have to become Incorporated first?

Im thinking it could look something like this....

You should not have to be Incorporated to advertise anywhere!
I would assume that all you need in NJ is to have your company registered with your local county clerk, and have commercial business insurance.

    Hope that helps.

BTW where in Jersey are you?

I agree, it's your trailer, put whatever you want on it.
I like the second picture choice much better, you can see the name clearer

I agree with jpmako on this. Both of your designs look excellent. Let us know if you get them done.

    hey snowy,
if you have a business license, put all the advertizing you want on it.

You need to get commercial auto/trailer insurance before you can put advertisements on it.
