I've been mowing for a few years now. I've enjoyed being a one man crew but I think it is time to hire help. All my advertising is finally paying off and I'm averging 4 phone calls a day for mowing quotes, seeding, minor lanscaping, sodding, spring clean-ups, etc. I just landed mowing 9 apartment complexes from one landlord. Anywho, trying to stay organized and trying to scheduel time for all of this is becomming to much. How do you guys stay organized with mowing routes, billing, job quotes, schedueling landscape jobs, etc? Thanks for the help.
