Ok I went to look at a lot this afternoon. It is 1/2 acre with
about 3/4 or more of the grass in the back yard which is fenced
in with a chain link fence and only a 36" gate, yeah I know that
36"gate is going to suck. It has a 10' and 20' concrete walkway
to edge and about 25' of curb to edge also, It will need to be trimmed along the fence line everytime also. Has two sheds about 8'x 10' in the back yard and about 10 other small obstacles
    like trees and flower pots.

It looks like it can be done in 50 to 60 minutes. I was thinking
charging $50.00 to $55.00 per cut.

How does this price sound to you all for only being able to use
    the 36" w/b instead of the 60"Z???

    Thanks for the advise
