I was wondering if you guys could set me in line with a rough per square foot price for dethatching, aerating, overseeding, and topdressing(with compost) on a given yard. I would appreciate the help

One of the National companies in my area charges $20 per thousand for aeration, and another 20 per 1000 for overseeding. I don't know if this is an obtainable price for a small company because it seems like everybody around aerates and these prices seem a tad steep. good luck

Lots if newspaper ads here (Atlanta) for $10 per k for aeration.
I average $10-$15 for aeration, $15 for seed, $7 for fert., netting me about $27-30 per k.

Aeration is hard work, so if those NTACs want to charge low rates, they can have it. I charge a $30 stop fee then $10 per M.

For aeration/seeding/fert, total charge is around $30 per M depending on the turf selection and rate of seeding. Larger properties might be $25 per M.
